Online Purchasing Procedures:
- Select the number of EGUMPP suites and add them to your cart.
- Select the "Check Out" option from the shopping cart.
- Create an EGUMPP online store account, or Login if you already have an EGUMPP online store account.
- Enter your billing address.
- Enter your credit card information, and place your order.
After Ordering
Your EGUMPP License Keys are emailed to you immediately after your order is placed.
You can also view your license keys in your "My Account" section.

What are your hours of operation?
Our sales office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday. However, EGUMPP products can be purchased on our website 24 hours a day.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Your EGUMPP License Keys will be emailed immediately after your order has been placed.
What is your return policy?
There is a 14-day return policy. If within 14 days of purchase, no more than 10 lessons of Module 1 were attempted and Modules 2, 3, and 4
were not started, a full refund will be granted. Return authorization is required.
